1. Children's Medical Center's Hematology/Oncology Unit
2. Optimist International’s Worldwide Childhood Cancer Campaign
3. Local programs and activities for area children

Event Information:

• $150 per person (cash, check, or credit card – payment due with registration form by June 1)
• Lunch, drinks on course & 3 course dinner
• 18 Holes, Scramble Format
• Player gift & other prizes
• Bring extra $ to participate in the "Strings", Mulligans, Skins, 50-50 games
• Putting and Hole-in-One Contests
• Silent Auction – closes before dinner @ 6:00 p.m.
• Grand Raffle: winners announced @ 6:00 by Host Larry Hansgen, WHIO Radio
• Rain date: Monday, August 2

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Golf Activities for children & families from Children's Medical Center

10:00 a.m. Registration for Golf outing begins at Clubhouse

11:00 a.m. Lunch on the Patio for Golfers

11:30 a.m. Putting Contest on Putting Green

12:30 a.m. Shotgun Start

6:00 p.m. Dinner in Clubhouse (Silent Auction ends, Grand Raffle announced)
