Dear Friend of Youth,
The Centerville Noon Optimist Club is sponsoring a unique patriotic program in our community called “The Avenue of Flags”. Our Club is a non-profit group of volunteers dedicated to serving the youth in the Centerville/Washington Township area.
With your participation in our fundraiser, we will place a 3’ by 5’ American flag on a 10’ flag pole within 15 inches of the curb in front of your home on the following five national holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Flag Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Veteran’s Day
We deliver and place your flag around dawn, your flag flies all day, and we retrieve it around dusk. We are responsible for replacement of any flag that is damaged or stolen, and we store flags and the 10’ flag poles between holidays throughout the year.
We hope you will support this colorful and patriotic fundraiser by completing the information form below. Your $40 subscription for the year goes to help us fund programs and activities for youth in our community.
